Fandom Clinic, Thursday night
Jenkins had been startled to see a strange pink creature go rushing by the door to his shop, and when he went out to see what was happening, he was nearly trampled by a distressed alot carrying an unconscious woman. It only made sense, then, to assist the poor creatures to the clinic and ensure the unconscious woman got proper care.
It was almost a relief when the alot turned into a blue woman, so he could get some coherent answers.
"While the creatures you're describing are unfamiliar to me, the symptoms of your friend are not. I'll have to do some tests, with your permission, but I suspect the creature may have been trying to feed on her soul."
Raven pressed her hands to her mouth. "Can you -- can you fix it?"
"We'll have to see, my dear. In the mean time, at least you've gotten her to safety."
[clinic is open for any and all getting injured/knocked out tonight! And I should be done spamming the list now. . . .]

Re: Patient intake
handwavilyinto a proper bed. "She said it was very difficult to drive off, though. Did you say you shot, then stabbed it?"Re: Patient intake
Yeah, that might be a small thread of horror underlying Rosa's otherwise dry, matter-of-fact rumble of a voice.
"So I threw my knife at it. And the knife sliced clear through its neck."
Not so much horror right then as it was amazement, because, anyway you framed it, that was freaking cool as hell.
"Like you'd almost expect the bullets to have done. That, obviously, put it out a little bit, so I kicked it, and then I picked her up and brought her here. And that's kinda it."

"Like this one," she said, holding a large and serrated piece of gleaming weaponry to him, handle toward him. Normally, she wouldn't exactly just fork a weapon over to someone else, but she felt pretty confident that this old dude in a clinic wasn't about to attack her, but, hey, she'd be ready if he did. "Only a little smaller."

But she gave the door a lingering second look. "I don't feel that pissed off, though," she said. "Just annoyed. And worried."

Re: Patient intake
Which was an...inaccurate statement around here, sure, but he probably got her meaning.
