FTEC, Sunday Morning, July 15

Doogie headed to the clinic as early as he could manage for his shift, hoping that there weren't a lot of people who had gotten hurt in all the insanity from the day before.

"Plesae, you are a child!" Barney said dismissively, hand cradled to his stomach. Then he looked at Doogie. "Oh my god!" Barney stumbled backwards. "You're ME!"

Barney assessed the supposed doctor's age. "Obviously you're me since I'm older and totally existed first!"

Barney paused and grinned, "So, Barney Stinson, M.D., eh? Sweet! I bet we get a lot of chicks with that line."

"Actually, it's Doogie Howser, M.D.," he corrected. "And there's no getting chicks--women with that line. At least, not ones under the age of 30."

"Doogie? No. No one wearing my face is going by the name 'Doogie'!" Barney was disgusted. "What do you mean there's no getting chicks with that line! I'm successful with it all the time!" Well, not all the time, but Barney never admitted defeat.

"Uh, yeah!" He responded as Barney is an awesome name. "Wait, you're really a doctor? HA HA HA!" Barney fake laughed loudly. "No, seriously, who's gonna fix my hand?"

Still upset over the loss of his phone, Barney held out his injured hand. "Fine, but only because you're my Mini-Me."

"The big one by the cove knocked my cell phone out of my hand as I filmed it," Barney explained. "Tell me the truth, Mini-Me, how bad is it?" Barney was sort of a drama queen about these things.

Doogie took a closer look at his hand, and sighed. "It doesn't look broken. In fact, it doesn't look that hurt at all. I think it's safe to say you're going to make it just fine."

"Oh, thank god!" Barney kissed his hand. "Mwa! Let's test it out. Self five?" He raised his good hand and allowed his possibly-but-not-injured hand to smack his good hand in a high five in the air in front of him. "Awesome!" Barney nodded and grinned.
