Rosa shrugged, shaking her head. "Just one of my normal knives," she said, and, because what kind of woman carried around just one knife?, she reached back, twisted a little, seeming to dislodge something between her jacket and her back.
"Like this one," she said, holding a large and serrated piece of gleaming weaponry to him, handle toward him. Normally, she wouldn't exactly just fork a weapon over to someone else, but she felt pretty confident that this old dude in a clinic wasn't about to attack her, but, hey, she'd be ready if he did. "Only a little smaller."
